Straightening of sheets and profiles

The production section has technology for precise straightening of parts that are cut by laser and flame or chipped out.

The machine is dimensioned for straightening steel parts and stainless steel with:

• thickness 0.8 - 12.0 mm
• max. width 100-1.250 mm
• min. material length 100 mm

The machine is equipped with a FlatJack® device for checking the flatness directly on the straightening machine before and after straightening. Regardless of the setting and position of the component, the surface of the material is checked by integrated laser measurement in the roller conveyor of the machine.
